Two rooms are available for subletting to one person in my modern maisonette apartment. The apartment extends over the third and fourth floors of the old but renovated building and offers both privacy and a pleasant communal living situation thanks to its special layout.
The new subtenant will occupy the rooms on the third floor, which include a spacious living room (22 sqm), a smaller bedroom (12 sqm) with windows overlooking the quiet inner courtyard and a private bathroom. The remaining two rooms and the second bathroom are located on the 4th floor. Each floor has an own entrance to the flat.
The heart of the apartment is the spacious, open kitchen (30sqm) on the third floor, which we share. It is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for cooking or chatting in between meals.
This clear spatial separation gives each flatmate the opportunity to withdraw, while the central kitchen provides a pleasant interface for communal living. If you are interested, I look forward to hearing from you and getting to know you.

In meiner modernen Maisonette-Wohnung werden zwei Zimmer zur Untermiete frei. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über das dritte und vierte Obergeschoss des sanierten Altbaus und bietet durch ihre besondere Aufteilung sowohl Privatsphäre als auch eine angenehme gemeinschaftliche Wohnsituation.
Die oder der neue Untermieter*in wird die Räume im dritten Obergeschoss bewohnen, die neben einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer (21qm), dem kleineren Schlafzimmer (12qm) mit Fenstern zum ruhigen Innenhof, auch ein eigenes Badezimmer umfassen. Die übrigen beiden Zimmer sowie das zweite Bad befinden sich im 4OG. Beide Stockwerke haben einen eigenen Zugang zur Wohnung.
Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist die großzügige, offene Küche (30qm) im dritten Obergeschoss, die wir gemeinsam nutzen. Sie ist voll ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz zum kochen oder den Austausch zwischendurch.
Durch diese klare räumliche Trennung hat jeder Mitbewohnerin die Möglichkeit, sich zurückzuziehen, während die zentrale Küche eine angenehme Schnittstelle für das gemeinsame Wohnen darstellt. Wenn du Interesse hast, freue ich mich über deine Nachricht und darauf, dich kennenzulernen.
The flat is located close to sbahn station Nöldnerplatz (S5 S7 S75 + Bus 194/240). You get there within 6 minutes and its one stop east of Ostkreuz. Bus 194/N94 runs 24/7 to Hermannplatz
There are several supermarkets not far from the house (Rewe Aldi Kaufland). Post office and pharmacy are also there. The Weitling Kiez is not touristic at all. There are a couple of Spätis. You’ll also find a small park across the street.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der S-Bah Station Nödnerplatz (S5 S7 S75 + Bus 194/240), die in 7 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Die Buslinie 194/N94 färht rund um die Uhr direkt zum Hermannplatz.
In der Nähe findest Du mehrere Supermärkte (Rewe Aldi Kaufland).. sowie Post und Apotheken. Der Weitling-Kitz ist nicht touristisch und eher ruhig aber nicht weit von der Innestadt entfernt. Es gibt paar Spätis und einen kleinen Park gegenüber.
