Ich poste das hier im Namen meiner Mitbewohnerin Verena, da ihr helles 26m² Zimmer in unserer WG in Kreuzberg vom 1. April bis Ende August frei wird. Die Miete beträgt 750€/Monat (alles inklusive).
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 93m² groß, mit einer geräumigen Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Sie liegt direkt an der U-Bahn-Station Gneisenaustraße, und in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man zahlreiche Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte im schönen Bergmannkiez.
Du wirst mit Nam (mir) (29), einem in Berlin geborenen Art Director, und Adam (24), der im Marketing arbeitet und ursprünglich aus Tschechien kommt, zusammenleben. Wir sind beide ein Paar und sehr entspannte und ordentliche Menschen. Da wir beide Vollzeit arbeiten (einer von uns teilweise im Homeoffice), wäre es ideal, wenn du einen ähnlichen Tagesrhythmus hast.
Wir haben es in der Vergangenheit immer bevorzugt, kein anonymes WG-Leben zu führen, sondern ein freundschaftliches Miteinander zu haben – gleichzeitig ist uns Privatsphäre aber auch wichtig. Mit all unseren bisherigen Zwischenmietern haben sich tolle Freundschaften entwickelt, weshalb wir ein offenes und freundliches Zusammenleben sehr schätzen, dabei aber auch eine gute Balance zwischen gemeinsamer Zeit und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten halten.
Da es sich um eine befristete Untervermietung handelt und Verena zurückkommen wird, ist eine Anmeldung (Anmeldung) leider nicht möglich.

I’m posting this on behalf of my flatmate Verena, as her bright 26m² room in our Kreuzberg flatshare will be available from April 1st until the end of August. The rent is 750€/month (all included).
The apartment is 93m² in total, with a spacious kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. It’s located directly at the Gneisenaustraße subway station, and within minutes you’ll find plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants, and cute shops in the beautiful Bergmannkiez.
You’ll be living with Nam (me) (29), a Berlin-born art director, and Adam (24), who works in marketing and is originally from the Czech Republic. We are couple and both very chill and clean people. Since we both work full-time (one of us sometimes from home), it would be great if you also have a similar schedule. In the past, we’ve always preferred not to have a distant relationship with our flatmates, but we also value privacy when needed. So far, we’ve built great friendships with all our previous subtenants, which is why we really appreciate a warm and friendly shared living environment—while also maintaining a good balance between social time and personal space.
Since this is a temporary sublet and Verena plans to return, registration (Anmeldung) won’t be possible.
