die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern; das kleinste werde ich selbst nutzen , da ich oft auf Reisen bin und selten in Berlin nur zum schlaffen . Zur Vermietung stehen ein größeres Zimmer mit 20 m² und ein kleineres mit 15 m² ist schön vermietet an ein sehr Ruhige PHD student (bis ende April 2025).

750,00 € pro Monat alles inklusive ( 50 Zoll TV, internet, amazon prime TV, gas, electric and furniture ) - Du kannst ab dem 1. März einziehen.

Wir suchen eine vertrauensvolle und entspannte Atmosphäre zu gründen, in der die Gemeinschaftsräume wie Küche und Bad angenehm genutzt werden können und jede*r den eigenen privaten Bereich genießen kann.

I am the owner of this fully furnished and fresh renovated apartment and would like to share one big room, this very beautiful and fully furnished apartment in the lovely Kaskelkiez just 5 min walk from Ostkreuz Friedrichshain.

The apartment is composed of three rooms from them I will keep the smallest one as i will be traveling most of the time and not stay in Berlin... and would like to rent the bigger room of 20 mq . The other room of 15 m2 is already rented to a very quite PHD student that everyday at the Universtity goes (till end of April 2025, you can consider this if you want to move for a friend of you, you will choose the next person to come in the apartment ;).

Rent 750,00 euro/month All inclusive + 1000 euro Kaution - You can move in starting from 1.03.2025

Some things important to know:
- it is possible to make the Anmeldung for people intend to stay more than 6 months
- minimum stay 3 months, after that we can discuss and you can stay longer
- only one person per room, no couples
- people should have a resident permit for Germany or a european Passport
-the room is fully equipment with all necessary you do not need to bring furniture or big stuff
