The flat is available from 01.03.2025 to 30.06.2025. Option to extend. Cosily furnished flat with wooden floor and large balcony right in the heart of Berlin. Good wifi and desk available. Washing machine, iron etc. as well. The room has a 1.20 wide wooden bed/sofa.
The warm rent incl. utilities, electricity and internet is 674€ per month.
