The room is 16 m² in size and gets plenty of natural light through the window facing the street. Despite its orientation, it remains quiet and peaceful, as the street has little traffic. This allows you to enjoy the brightness without any disturbing noise.
With 16 m², the room offers enough space to set it up according to your own preferences. A bed, a desk, and one or two wardrobes fit comfortably. Additionally, you have a nice view of the greenery.

Das Zimmer ist 16 m² groß und bietet durch das Fenster zur Straße viel Tageslicht. Obwohl es zur Straße hin ausgerichtet ist, bleibt es angenehm ruhig, da die Straße nur wenig befahren ist. Dadurch kannst du die Helligkeit genießen, ohne störenden Lärm.
Mit seinen 16 m² bietet das Zimmer ausreichend Platz, um es nach den eigenen Vorstellungen einzurichten. Ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch und ein bis zwei Schränke finden hier locker Platz. Zudem hast du einen schönen Blick ins Grüne.
The WG is very well connected, just a 2-minute walk from the S-Bahn station Wollankstraße. There are also several bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around quickly and conveniently.
For everyday shopping, Rewe, Netto, and Aldi are all within walking distance. If you enjoy spending time outdoors, Bürgerpark Pankow, just 5 minutes away, is a great place to relax, go for a walk, or do some sports.

Die WG liegt super angebunden, nur 2 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn-Station Wollankstraße entfernt. Zudem gibt es mehrere Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass du schnell und unkompliziert überall hinkommst.
Für den täglichen Einkauf ist gesorgt: Rewe, Netto und Aldi sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn du gerne draußen bist, bietet der Bürgerpark Pankow, nur 5 Minuten entfernt, eine perfekte Möglichkeit zum Entspannen, Spazieren oder Sport machen.
We have a relaxed and easygoing atmosphere – everyone has their own space, but we also enjoy spending time together when it fits. The two current roommates are a couple, but this doesn’t affect the WG life – the atmosphere remains open and laid-back.
In the summer, our balcony is a great place to relax, whether for a morning coffee or an after-work beer. In the courtyard, there’s also a bike shed and a ping-pong table, which we like to use.

Bei uns geht es locker und entspannt zu – jeder hat seinen Freiraum, aber wenn es passt, verbringen wir auch gerne Zeit zusammen. Die beiden Mitbewohner sind ein Paar, was das WG-Leben aber nicht beeinflusst – die Atmosphäre bleibt offen und ungezwungen.
Im Sommer lädt unser Balkon zum Chillen ein, perfekt für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder ein Feierabendbier. Im Hinterhof gibt es außerdem einen Fahrradschuppen und eine Tischtennisplatte, die gerne genutzt wird.
The room can only be rented to enrolled students at a Berlin university, preferably students at BHT (Berliner Hochschule für Technik).
The rental contract is for one year and can be extended for another year upon request – with a maximum duration of three years.
Our main language in the WG is English. One roommate is a native German speaker, and the other is a native Spanish speaker.

Das Zimmer kann ausschließlich an eingeschriebene Studierende einer Berliner Hochschule vermietet werden, bevorzugt an Studierende der BHT (Berliner Hochschule für Technik).
Der Mietvertrag läuft jeweils für ein Jahr und kann auf Wunsch um ein weiteres Jahr verlängert werden – maximal jedoch für drei Jahre.
Unsere Hauptsprache in der WG ist Englisch. Der Mitbewohner ist Deutsch-Muttersprachler, die Mitbewohnerin spricht Spanisch als Muttersprache. Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind also hilfreich für die Kommunikation im Alltag.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, sodass du es nach deinen eigenen Vorstellungen einrichten kannst. Falls du Interesse hast, schreib uns gerne ein paar Sätze über dich, und wir vereinbaren einen Besichtigungstermin!
