We, Yasmine and Gaia (30) are looking for a flatmate to share our cozy home with starting in April. As Yasmine usually stays with her partner, you’ll mostly be living with me, Gaia.
Preference: female (27-44), clean, conscious, open, reliable and loving
The apartment is located in Friedenau (between Schöneberg and Steglitz) and is very well connected to public transportation (U9-Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz, Ring Bundesplatz, S45, S46, S1 and several buses). Overall, the area is calm and homey, full of greens and peaceful energy, cute cafes and delicious restaurants. If you are into nature, 20 min. bike ride from beautiful Grünewald, Tempelhofer Feld and multiple lakes. We have all kinds of stores and supermarkets around within walking distance. Our place is in an Altbau building with a big living room, a laundry room with a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, airfryer, juicer etc.
The room is 17 m2, unfurnished for you to get creative (but if you need we can provide a bed and some furniture) and very bright getting the sun all day long when Berlin shines. The rent is 520 Euros including all bills and deposit 1200 Euros. Anmeldung is possible after a couple of months if we get along. 😊
About me:
I‘m Gaia, 30 years old. I'm interested in the nature of consciousness, both on the microcosmic scale of molecular biology, and genetics, and the macrocosmic scale, of higher states of consciousness obtained with meditation, spiritual practices, talking vegetables and so forth. Tantra, Yoga and Meditation, are a big part of my life and daily practice. I sometimes cook for retreats, guide yoga and rituals. I am an open, playful and caring person, at the moment finishing my thesis in the field of Bioinformatics at Freie University. My focus is on ecology, biodiversity and sustainability. I’m quite interested in gardening and our communication with nature. I was a professional ice skater when I was younger, and later I got into jazz, contemporary and ecstatic dancing which I keep up regularly. I speak fluent English, German and Turkish is my mother language and I'm currently learning Spanish. I`ve been living in Berlin for 8 years and have over 10 years of experience with co-living in variant constellations in different cities and countries.
