Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und hat eine Größe von 24 m². Es verfügt über ein großes Bett, einen Schreibtisch und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank. Zudem gibt es ein Bücherregal, dessen Bücher gerne gelesen werden können. Im Zimmer befinden sich auch einige Trainingsgeräte die gerne benutzt werden können.
The room is fully furnished and has a size of 24 m². It features a large bed, a desk, and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a bookshelf, and you are welcome to read the books. The room includes some training equipment as well.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am S-Bahnhof Bellevue, und zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) sind es nur wenige Minuten. Der Tiergarten ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt, und direkt neben der Wohnung gibt es einen weiteren Park. Im Sommer gehen wir normalerweise zur „Grünen Meile“, um Frisbee zu spielen oder einfach zu entspannen. Supermärkte und sogar eine Bar sind ebenfalls schnell und bequem erreichbar.
The flat is located right next to S-Bahnhof Bellevue, and it only takes a few minutes to get to Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Central Station). The Tiergarten is just a 5-minute walk away, and there is another park right next to the flat. In summer, we usually go to the "Grüne Meile" to play frisbee or just hang out. Supermarkets and even a bar are also very easy to access.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern legen Wert auf ein gemeinschaftliches Miteinander. In unserer WG leben drei Männer und eine Frau, und wir unternehmen gerne Dinge zusammen. Oft sitzen wir zusammen, diskutieren über verschiedene Themen, veranstalten Spieleabende oder schauen Filme und Serien auf unserem Beamer im großen Berliner Zimmer (Wohnzimmer). Da wir uns in dieser Konstellation schon länger kennen, ist das Zusammenleben entspannt und harmonisch. Trotz der geselligen Atmosphäre gibt es genug Raum für Privatsphäre. Dein Zimmer ist groß genug, um dich zurückzuziehen, abzuschalten oder einfach mal für dich allein zu sein, wenn du Ruhe brauchst. Wir sind sehr weltoffen und freuen uns darauf, für zwei Monate eine neue Person bei uns willkommen zu heißen!
We are not just a shared flat for convenience – we value a sense of community. Our flat consists of three men and one woman, and we enjoy spending time together. We often sit down for discussions, have game nights, or watch movies and series on our projector in the spacious Berliner Zimmer (living room). Despite the social atmosphere, there is always enough space for privacy. Your room is big enough for you to unwind, take a break, or just have some alone time whenever you need it. Since we have known each other in this setup for quite some time, the atmosphere is relaxed and easygoing. We are very open-minded and excited to welcome a new person into our home for two months!
Vor der Vermietung würde ich mich über ein persönliches Kennenlernen freuen, um gemeinsam herauszufinden, ob es für beide Seiten passt.
