We are a couple (Alifiyah and Vlad) and we are searching for a temporary flatmate in our beautiful home in Berlin Rixdorf Neukölln. The private room is 23 square meters, recently renovated, and furnished with minimalist aesthetics free of clutter. The windows of the room overlook a quiet garden. With high ceilings of the Altbau, the room is spacious, and airy where one can find inspiration and a safe space to think. The common areas are the kitchen and the bathroom, equipped with all necessities for comfort. The apartment is located right by Böhmischer platz. Its a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of entertainment, beautiful parks, lovely cafes, bars, and multiple public transport options (S Bahn Sonnenallee, S Bahn Neukölln, U7 + M41 bus) at a walking distance of a few minutes.
The room is rented only to a single person. Our ideal flatmate is a calm, tidy, friendly, and a responsible person. We take turns to share common chores, and cleaning tasks that are kept routinely. We think the room can work especially well for people who are visiting Berlin for a short time —whether for an artist residency, internship, or in-between places—who appreciate minimalism, need a calm space, and have an active everyday routine. *Non-smokers are preferred.
The rent is 650 Euros per month (which includes all bills) and 500 euros security deposit. No Anmeldung possible due to short-term rental.

Wir sind ein Paar (Alifiyah und Vlad) und suchen einen temporären Mitbewohner*in für unser schönes Zuhause in Berlin Rixdorf, Neukölln.
Das private Zimmer ist 23 Quadratmeter groß, frisch renoviert und mit einer minimalistischen, aufgeräumten Ästhetik eingerichtet. Die Fenster des Zimmers gehen zu einem ruhigen Garten hinaus. Mit den hohen Altbau-Decken ist der Raum großzügig, luftig und bietet einen inspirierenden sowie sicheren Rückzugsort.
Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind die Küche und das Badezimmer, beide ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen für ein komfortables Wohnen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Böhmischen Platz, in einem lebendigen Viertel mit zahlreichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, schönen Parks, gemütlichen Cafés, Bars und diversen öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen (S-Bahn Sonnenallee, S-Bahn Neukölln, U7 + Bus M41), die alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind.
Das Zimmer wird nur an eine einzelne Person vermietet. Unsere idealer Mitbewohner*in ist ruhig, ordentlich, freundlich und verantwortungsbewusst. Wir teilen uns die anfallenden Haushaltsaufgaben und achten gemeinsam auf eine saubere und angenehme Wohnatmosphäre.
Wir denken, das Zimmer eignet sich besonders gut für Menschen, die nur für kurze Zeit in Berlin sind—sei es für ein Künstlerresidenzprogramm, ein Praktikum oder eine Übergangsphase—und die Minimalismus schätzen, einen ruhigen Raum brauchen und einen aktiven Alltag haben. Nichtraucherinnen werden bevorzugt.*
Die Miete beträgt 650 Euro pro Monat (inklusive aller Nebenkosten) plus 500 Euro Kaution. Eine Anmeldung ist aufgrund der kurzfristigen Vermietung nicht möglich.
