Ich biete ein möbliertes, helles, ruhiges 22qm Zimmer mit Ostausrichtung und tollem Ausblick in meiner WG ab 8.4.25. Die Wohnung liegt im DG ohne Aufzug und ist 120qm groß. Es gibt einen großen Balkon, ein Wohnzimmer, eine vollausgestattete Küche und zwei Bäder. Alle nötige Einrichtung befindet sich in der Wohnung und darf mitbenutzt werden. Das Zimmer ist unbefristet und wenn alles gut passt, kannst du dauerhaft hier bleiben. :) Anmeldung ist leider (noch) nicht möglich.

I am offering a furnished, bright, quiet 22sqm room with an east orientation and a great view in my shared apartment from April 8th, 2025 .The apartment is on the top floor without an elevator and is 120 square meters. There is a large, green balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. All necessary furnishings are in the apartment and can be used. Unfortunately, registration is not possible.

In 7 Minuten erreicht man die U-Bahn-Station Schlesisches Tor. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars sind zahlreich vorhanden. DM und Lidl sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die Markthalle 9 in ca. 10 Minuten.

In 7 minutes you can reach the Schlesisches Tor subway station. There are numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants and bars. DM and Lidl can be reached in 5 minutes, Markthalle 9 in about 10 minutes.

Ich suche eine liebe Person ab 20 Jahren (all genders welcome) zum entspannten Zusammenwohnen. Eine gewisse Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind mir wichtig.
Ausufernde Parties mit Drogen oder Lärm in der WG möchte ich bitte nicht, Tiere und Rauchen sind in der Wohnung leider auch nicht erlaubt.

Du solltest berufstätig sein und ein geregeltes Leben führen. Ich bin auch berufstätig, in den Dreißigern und wünsche mir besonders unter der Woche ein Zuhause in dem wir uns ausruhen können und jeder sich zurückziehen kann. Für einen Tee und Plausch in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon bin ich immer zu haben :).

I'm looking for a person aged 20 or over (all genders welcome) to live together in a relaxed manner. A certain order and cleanliness as well as a sense of responsibility are important to me.
I don't want excessive parties with drugs or noise in the shared apartment, even if that's pretty much normal in the area ;) Unfortunately, animals and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.

You should be employed and lead a regular life. I also work full-time, am in my thirties and would like to have a home, especially during the week, where we can relax and everyone can retreat as they please. Overnight visits for several days are easily possible upon arrangement.

I always have friends over for cooking or game nights and you are welcome to join us; but it is absolutely not a must. We can also cook together if you feel like it too. I bake regularly and always have fresh bread in the house:).

Kaution ist 2500 Euro. Online-Besichtigung ist möglich; für die Schlüsselübergabe müsstest du natürlich vorbeikommen ;). Neu Zugezogene sind auch willkommen!
Das Zimmer ist ab 8.4. frei. Wenn du erst ein wenig später einziehen kannst, können wir bestimmt einen guten Kompromiss mit meinem netten Mitbewohner finden.

Deposit is 2500 euros. Online viewing is possible but you would have to come over to get the keys irl ;). Berlin newcomers are also welcome! If you wanna move in a bit later we can surely find a solution with my current roommate.
The room is available from now. In case you'll need to move in ab bit later, we can talk about that.
