15 m2 with a shared wall to my room on the otherside.
The room, just like the apartment is freshly renovated with a wooden floor. As for furniture: I could provide most of the basic furniture: 160X200 mattress, desk + chair, wardrobe, and some other bits and pieces. If you have furniture you prefer to bring instead, we could talk and try to work something out.

The apartment is located within close proximity to Weißensee park. It's in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's not seamlessly connected to public transport but not that bad either - there is tram line 12, and I believe 156. If you don't mind walking a bit then in Antonplatz you have m13, m4, 12. Best to simply look it up. I would probably keep a cheap bike for these back and forths.
Generally speaking I hope for the apartment to be fairly peaceful and quiet, and to keep the shared spaces clean without being overly strict.
Since we would share a wall between our rooms respecting each other noise-wise is important to me, especially when the other is asleep or doing something else that requires the volume to be reasonably down.
Of course striking the right balance would be up to us, which brings me to the next point: it is important for me, in the case that something is not to your liking, to be able to discuss these issues without unnecessary drama. If there is something you need or want to be handled differently, then let's talk about it and try be understanding and accomodating about it.
As you can tell probably from the pics the apartment is in great condition. Also when handing back the apartment, it is expected to be in similar a shape as it is now the pics, so I hope to keep wear and tear to a minimum.
Clearly, the kitchen still needs to be set up. I expect to add there a fridge, washing machine(laundry), sink, oven + stove, small dining table, and hopefully a dishwasher.
About living with me: I have moved to Berlin a year ago and I am still in the process of slowly finding my way around here. I am also a musician and have a separate music studio in the neighborhood where I will keep most of the noise-making. I hope to find a roommate with whom I could get along with well and perhaps even become friends, but also I must admit that I have a lot of things I am busy with so there's a chance I might not be much around.
I play piano (mostly jazz), guitar, sing, produce, compose, etc. I like to workout regularly, cook at home, go out for walks, podcasts (big tech for whichever reason.. ), learn german, and generally less the small talk type.
Please when you write me feel free to share whatever you think is relevant about yourself. Aside from a few lines I don't care so much that you write something specific for my specific ad, it's fine if you have something else already written elsewhere. I know how tedious it could be to write a new tailored message every time for every different room.
