I'm going to sublet my room in January. It's 26 m² and is fully furnished. The bed is 180x200. I will also put a desk in the room.
Besides, there is a living room with sofas and a balcony, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Ich vermiete meine Zimmer im Januar. Es ist 26 m² groß und voll möbliert. Einen Schreibtisch stelle ich auch noch rein. Das Zimmer grenzt an das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Man hat im Grunde beide Zimmer für sich.
Im 200m Umkreis der Wohnung liegen die S-Bahnstation Schöneberg(Ringbahn, S1) und die Bushaltestelle Dominicusstraße/Haupstraße(M85, M48, M46, 104, 187, 248). In 10 Minuten ist man an der Friedrichstraße, in 20min am Alex und in Kreuzberg, in 15min am Kudamm oder am West- oder Ostkreuz. Supermärkte sind auf der anderen Straßenseite (Penny und LIDL), Post, Apotheken etc findest du an der naheliegenden Hauptstraße! Zur FU, TU und HU brauchst du gute 20 min und zur Uni Potsdam eine knappe halbe Stunde.

The apartment is just a 2 min walk away from the S-Bahnstation Schöneberg. From there you can take the S1 or Ringbahn (S41, S42) and reach Friedrichstrasse in 10min, Alexanderplatz in 19 min, Zoologischer Garten in 12 min and 15 min to the Exhibition Ground. The abandoned Tempelhof Airport is just a 5min drive away. Also there are 5 busses in a 3 min walking distance from the apartment which take you to different places throughout the city.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Laila. Sie ist selbst nur unter der Woche in Berlin.
