Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Die Zimmer sowohl Badezimmer Flur und Küche sind stets warm!
Das Badezimmer ist komplett neu renoviert worden.
Die Zimmer haben hohe Decken mit Stuck Verzierungen und man wird nicht mit Lärm belästigt (dicke Wände, Schallisolierte Fenster).
im Herzen Neuköllns, nahe am Richardplatz.
S Bahn oder U Bahn oder Bus (M41)(171 BER) in 5-7 Minuten zu erreichen. Neukölln, Karl-Marx-Straße oder Sonnenallee direkt in der nähe.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen zur S Bahn und U Bahn, in der nähe befinden sich kleine Bars und Cafes
sowie Restaurants, kleine Shops und Spätis. Beautiful Parks are not far away, Körnerpark is very close
Respectfull and kind people living in here, always nice conversations and talks in the kitchen. Doesn't matter if you just have beer together or just to have someone to talk with, open for activities, Sports or even go out for a Bar evening, you will find out for your self, that we don't have bored People in here ;)
You get your own privacy anytime.
Harmonisches Miteinander ist hier zu erwarten, Respekt und Höflichkeit ist hier völlig normal.
Ob bei einem Bier in der Küche oder einfach nur ein Gespräch über den Tag, die WG bietet noch viel mehr, hier wird einem nicht langweilig.
a special dog lives with us, surely the most loved in Town, she is always happy and takes care of us, she is a little therapy dog and have a much love to give, always calm and quit. keeps us smiling.
Wir haben hier eine kleine Hundedame mit uns. Wahrscheinlich mit unter das beste an dieser WG :)
