ich vermiete ein voll möbiliertes Zimmer unter, weil ich im von Dezember bis Mitte Januar woanders wohnen werde.
Start wäre der 01.12.24 und das Ende wäre am 14.01.25 und kann dann evtl. auch verlängert werden, wenn es für beide Seiten sinnvoll ist.
Besichtigungen biete ich am Dienstag, den 30.10.24 zwischen und 20 und 21 Uhr an.
maximal 600€ inklusive Nebenkosten pro Monat, runtergerechnet auf einzelne Tage sind das 20€/Tag.
Ein Monat plus 14 Tage wären dann 600 für Dezember +240 für Januar plus 250 für die Kaution.
Bitte kurze Nachricht an mich, dann sende ich die Adresse.
Ihr habt genug Space für eure Sachen, ein großes Bett zum Schlafen und einen Tisch und Stuhl zum Arbeiten.
W-Lan, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Standards vorhanden.

The start be on December 1st, 2024. The end would be on January 14th, 2025 and can then possibly be extended if it makes sense for both sides.
I am offering viewings on Tuesday, October 30, 2024 between 8 and 9 p.m.
A maximum of €600 including additional costs per month, broken down to individual days that is €20/day.
A month plus 14 days would then be 600 for December + 240 for January plus 250 for the deposit.

You have enough space for your things, a large bed to sleep on and a table and chair to work on.

Direkt an der Straße sind auch mehrere Bushaltestellen (12min bis Alexanderplatz). 200er, 156er und 158er. In der Nähe gibt es eine Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. (Lidl, Edeka, Kaufland, Netto, Alnatura Bio-Markt, Aldi, DM, Rossmann, Mediamarkt) Der Volkspark Friedrichshain und Volkspark Prenlauer Berg und der Anton-Saefkow-Park sind auch ganz in der Nähe.
The apartment is located between the two Ringbahn stations S Landsberger Allee (Tram M5, M6, M8) and S Greifswalder Str. (Tram M4), so quite central. Wir leben zu dritt in einer Drei-Raum-Wohnung. Ich bin 41 Jahre alt. Du wirst dann mit zwei Studenten Anfang 20 zusammenwohnen. Es ist eher eine Zweck-WG, wo jede_r seins macht.
