We're excited to invite you to become part of our lively, multicultural WG (Wohngemeinschaft) in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. Our home is a blend of diverse cultures, and we're eager to welcome a new friend into our peaceful, clean, and active household.
We have a cozy 18m² room available. It's fully furnished, warm, and bright, within a spacious 100m² apartment that includes a large kitchen and bathroom. We're looking for someone who can stay with us for at least three to six months, but we'd love to have you longer if it works out! Our place is super convenient, close to tram(2min.), bus, U-Bahn, and S-Bahn stations(5min) "Schönhauser Allee" Station in Prenzlauer Berg.The refundable deposit is 3 rents that can be paid over the course of the 3 upcoming months.
In our WG, we respect each other's privacy but also enjoy a family-like atmosphere. We mostly communicate in English, but German is not a problem at all, either. To keep our home tidy, we stick to a cleaning schedule in rotation that helps us live harmoniously together.
