Die Wohnung ist in einer der derzeit besten Ausgehstraßen Berlins mit einer Vielzahl von Bars, Restaurants und Clubs sowie zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung befindet sich zudem in direkter Nähe (5 Minuten) zum Hermannplatz u.a. mit den Ubahn-Linien U8/U7. Für Sportbegeisterte gibt es sehr coole Laufrouten entlang des nahegelegenen Kanals bzw. in den nahegelegenen Parks (Hasenheide, Treptower Park).

The apartment is located on one of Berlin's coolest streets with a great number of awesome bars, restaurants and clubs as well as stores right in front of the building. The apartment is located very close to the main public transportation hub Hermannplatz (U7/U8). For runners, there are some cool running trails along the canal or in the parks (Treptower Park, Hasenheide) nearby.
Aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes ist das Zimmer vom 16.12.24 bis zum 31.01.25 zur Zwischenmiete frei. Ggfs. kann es auch kürzer z.B. nur für den Januar zwischengemietet werden.
Es wird ein netter/eine nette Mitbewohner/in gesucht. Reine Feiertouristen sollten sich nicht melden. Es gelten die Regeln eines respektvollen und verantwortungsvollen WG-Zusammenlebens.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt.
Aufgrund von Allergien, sind Haustiere leider nicht erlaubt.

Due to a stay abroad, I sublet from December 16th, 2024 until January 31st, 2025. A shorter sublet period e.g. for the month of January only is possible.
I am looking for a cool, emphathic, sociable but respectful sublet. Party tourists swipe left. Other than that the normal rules of sharing an apartment with another person apply.
