Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über insgesamt 70 m². Das angebotene Zimmer ist 16 m² groß und vollständig möbliert, mit einem Doppelbett (140x200 cm), zwei Kissen, einer Decke und Bettwäsche. Ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Bad sowie eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Küche, die von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden kann.
We cherish living in a peaceful and harmonious environment, and we take pride in maintaining a clean and orderly home. We have a few basic house rules that we kindly ask our new flatmate to respect and follow :)
We adhere to a rotating weekly cleaning schedule, where each flatmate is responsible for cleaning the common areas every third week. (No worries, the shared spaces are manageable and not as daunting as it may sound). It’s important to keep the kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy, ensuring that the next person can use them without needing to clean beforehand :)
We also ask for consideration regarding noise, especially late at night or early in the morning <3
We are fairly independent individuals and don’t always spend time together, as we each have our work and responsibilities. However, we value meaningful conversations and enjoy sharing good moments when the opportunity arises!
In general, we’re looking for a flatmate who is responsible, knows what they want in life, and has a positive drive or motivation. If this sounds like you, we’d be thrilled to meet you :)
Additionally, we prefer someone who has moved beyond the party phase and isn’t into a wild lifestyle anymore :)
