Das Zimmer ist 25m2 groß, möbliert mit Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Sessel und Bücherregal.
Die renovierte Altbauwohnung ist sehr schön, mit Parkett, hohen Decken und warmen, lebendigen Farben. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht.
Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
U2/U7 Bismarckstr.: 3 min
S Charlottenburg: 5 min
Zum Joggen: Schlosspark Charlottenburg (nur 1 km entfernt).
Einkaufen & Shoppen: Fußgängerzone (Wilmersdorferstr.) mit Supermärkten und allen möglichen Geschäften und Klein-Restaurants um die Ecke.
Die Gegend ist sehr sicher, so dass man auch spät nachts unbesorgt heimkommen kann.
Mitbewohner:
- ein super netter Italiener (29), der seinen PhD in theoretischer Physik macht
- ich: arbeite im Home-Office (Sprachunterricht), mit Faible für Mathematik, und mag am liebsten, wenn man zwar unabhängig lebt, aber man sich freut, den anderen zu sehen und es Spaß macht, zusammen zu plaudern.
Es ist eine internationale WG für Berufstätige.
Wir ziehen es vor, wenn die Wohnung sauber und aufgeräumt ist.
WG-Sprache ist eher Englisch, da der italienische Mitbewohner kein Deutsch spricht.

Room: 25 m2, furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, armchair and a book shelf.
The flat is a renovated "Altbauwohnung" with typical high ceilings, parquet and warm, vivid colours. The flat is fully equipped, so that you should find everything that you need.
Location:
U2/U7 Bismarckstr.: 3 min
S Charlottenburg (-> Potsdam, Alexanderplatz): 5 min by bike
The Castle Charlottenburg with its park is close by (1 km) and perfect for jogging. There is also a pedestrian shopping area (Wilmersdorfer Str.) within 5 min by foot. There are several supermarkets, small restaurants etc. around.
The zone is very safe, so that you can walk around at late night without any danger.
Flatmates:
A very nice italian guy (29) doing his PhD in theoretical physics (languages: English, Italian).
Me: I work from home as an online language teacher, but also love mathematics.
I prefer an atmosphere of independence that at the same time feels warm and open for blabla, and we appreciate the flat being clean and tidy. You should feel comfortable speaking English, since the Italian flatmate doesn´t speak German.
Please note that it is not a party-WG.
