This is a 2 room flat, but my room is NOT visible on the pictures. The monthly rent is 1.000 € with all bills included. Anmeldung is NOT possible.

Excellent public transport and free parking spaces just in front of the door.
Busses available:
- M46 (Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf) -104 (Wedding): 10 second walk
-Bus 140 (Friedrichshain Kreuzberg): 4 min walk
S-Bahnhof Südkreuz: 7min walk
-U-Bahnhof Tempelhof/Alt Tempelhof: 7min walk
-Bundesautobahn 100: The A 100 encloses the city centre Berlin, running from the Wedding district of the Berlin-Mitte borough in a southwestern bow through Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf and Tempelhof-Schöneberg to Neukölln.
Everything is literally in a 30min radius it does not matter which direction you need to go.
