• Typischer Berliner Altbau mit hohen Decken und Dielenboden
• Große Wohnküche – perfekt für gemeinsame Kaffee- und Weinrunden
• Bad mit Waschmaschine
• Spülmaschine (weil niemand gerne spült)
• Schnelles WLAN/DSL
Die WG:
Hier wohnen aktuell ich (arbeite als Office Managerin in einem Stadtplanungsbüro) und meine Mitbewohnerin (23, aus Amsterdam, macht hier ein Praktikum). Wir sind offen, entspannt und nett – kein Zweck-WG-Vibe, aber auch kein Chaos.
Die Lage:

The room:
• 20 sqm, bright, cozy, and nicely furnished
• Perfect for settling in and feeling at home
The apartment:
• Classic Berlin Altbau with high ceilings and wooden floors
• Large kitchen – great for coffee and wine nights
• Bathroom with washing machine
• Dishwasher (because no one likes doing dishes)
• Fast Wi-Fi/DSL
The WG:
Currently, it’s me (working as an office manager in an urban planning office) and my flatmate (23, from Amsterdam, doing an internship here). We’re open, easygoing, and friendly – not a strict purpose-WG, but also not a party house.
The location:
• Super central in Mitte, with cafés, bars & restaurants just around the corner
• Great
Sehr zentral in Mitte mit allen Verkehrsmitteln in wenigen Metern Entfernung. Bars, Restaurants, Galerien und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kurzer Laufnähe. Mitten drin aber trotzdem ruhig.
Wir haben hier eine kommunikative Zweck WG. Das heißt jeder macht sein eigenes Ding aber wir leben ja trotzdem zusammen und natürlich quatschen wir in der Küche wenn wir uns treffen. Alles total entspannt...
