The flat:
Two-rooms flat, 87 sqm, newly renovated with all new appliances. Pre-war building, 3.6m high ceilings and hardwood flooring.
Kreuzkölln
- 2-3 minutes walk to EDEKA, ALDI and LIDL
- 3 minutes walk to Landwehr Canal (Thielenbrücke)
- Two bars, two restaurents and a coffeshop are in the same block (within 1-2 minutes walk)
Transportation:
- 2 minute walk to bus M29
- 9 minute walk to U-Bahnhof Schönleinstraße (U8)
- 11 minute walk U-Bahnhof Hermannplatz (U7, U8)
- Easy going flatshare, all what is expected is to be clean and tidy when it comes to the common area (kitchen and bathroom).
- No couples.
- Smoking is allowed in your room and in the kitchen. I'm a smoker myself. I also eat meat.
- It's not a party flat, though occasional parties have happened.

- The furry flatmate: There is a cute dog that lives with me. She is well trained and super friendly. So, you must tolerate, ideally even love, dogs.
- Anmeldung is possible in case of a long term rent
- The room currently looks a bit different as my current flatmate decorated it an added a few items, however, it should look more or less like in the posted photo once she moves out.
- Viewing is possible from September 20 and onward.
