Whole appartement is fully furnished.
Clean and tidy.
Acces to a big and sunny balcony.
The kitchen is spacious. I do not have a dish washer.
The bathroom has got bath and shower.
Very nice and respectful neighbourhood.
3 minutes to the next shopping for food and many other things.
2 stops by S-Bahn to a big shopping center called Eastgate, Cinema, Bowling.
2km to the gardens of the world where you can relax, see nice flowers, plants etc, make sports and walk. 2 1/2 km to a little lake with swans, ducks and wild! horses around.
Marzahn is the most verdant district in Berlin even though it has got big Buildings..
The S-Bahn S7 brings you fast to the center or even directly to Potsdam (next city).
It is fundamental to me that you keep the appartment as clean and tidy as you found it before. Respecting the cleanliness is a condition without compromises!
About me:
In my freetime I love playing table tennis with friends, in summer I am usually outside at my favourite lake or doing some stand up paddling.
I do almost everything by bike and I love it.
I love meeting friends and new peoples and speaking french, spanish or english.
I do not drink or smoke and I cook infrequently.
At some days of the week I'll be out of the house.
I love travelling to warm countries.
** IMPORTANT:
I sometimes have DOGS at home as I train difficult dogs or help out at the shelter. You may not be scared about dogs.
Please note that I want us both to feel good living together. So if we don't get along well however, we look for a solution talking about our needs and feelings.
Pets and kids are welcome if they respect houserules.
