I'm renting a nice 25 sq.m. room in Tempelhof (near of S-Bahn/U-Bahn station). There one window and a French balcony in the room.
The room have a wardrobe (part available), double bed with mattress, desk and chairs. The room has two windows, very light and sunny. The people in the house are easy going. The place is quiet and very suitable for students or home office.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walking from S+U Tempelhof Station and 10 minutes from the Tempelhofer Feld.
The house have Washing machine, Toaster, Dishwasher, Fridge, boiler and complete kitchen besides other facilities. INTERNET of 100 Mbits.
The flat is on the 3th floor and the building has an ELEVATOR.
The room is private. You will share the apartment with 2 more people.
The place is for one person.

The place is 5 minutes from Tempelhof U-Sbahn.
It is 10 minutes walking from Lidl and REWE supermarkets. Späti is 6 min. walking (open until 1 A.M.)
Besides the Tempelhofer Feld that is 10 min. walking there are other many other nice parks around.
In Tempelhofer Damm (5 min. away) there is a lot of shops, restaurants, pizza, Turkish food, burgers places, bakery and RISA (chicken place)
A public swimming pool and Library are 10 minutes walking from the house.
The building has an elevator.
The windows room are south direction, so very sunny.
You'll share the apartment with more 2 guys. It is a quiet place with all respecting the private living. Ideal for home office or studying. The flatmates are easy going and communicative.
The room is a temporary term.
The price (600 EUR) in the advert is payable per month.
