Hi there!
There's a vacancy for 3 months in one room in my 2 bedroom apt in Friedrichshain (March 1 2025 - May 31 2025, or up to five months). The room has windows pointing to the South and is appr. 20 sqm large, furnished with 1 double bed, one cabinet, a writing desk, a coat rack, a comfy couch and two potted palms. There's lots of light and a beautiful view on Karl-Marx-Allee. Your share for the month will be 750€ plus 150€ utilities, including fast internet and your share of the fee for a cleaner who comes every week. There's a security deposit of 750€ to be paid up front which you will get back in full when moving out.
I'm looking for a female / FLINTA* roommate or a person identifying as such.
I am an art historian, curator and lecturer. I work a lot, and I use the other room for work and sleep when I'm in Berlin. I'm friendly, calm, and 'no drama'. I'm looking for someone who has a similarly work-oriented life. The place is perfect for somebody who is in Berlin temporarily, for an internship, for academic research or a short work gig. You should be trustworthy, self-sufficient and used to living in shared flat situations that are also used as co-working places. What else: queer friendly / non-smoking / international (I speak English and French). Ich bin deutsche Muttersprachlerin. I can only accommodate one person per room. No pets allowed, sorry.
Other convenient data about the flat: historical building on former East-Berlin parade street, elevator, lots of parking space, nice community in the house, farmer's market twice a week down the road, 3 minute walk to the next subway stop (U5 - either Strausberger Platz or Weberwiese), 5 minute subway ride to Alexanderplatz, ten minute bike ride to F'hain or X-Berg, 15 minute walk to Volkspark Friedrichshain.
Send me some lines about yourself and I'll reply as soon as possible and in any case.
Cheers!
Anne
