Ich suche nach einem netten Paar, einer Einzelperson oder zwei Freunden für meine schöne Wohnung. Sie ist komplett möbliert und sehr gemütlich. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung, aber auf dem Balkon darf geraucht werden. Du hast die komplette Wohnung für dich allein. Teil der Miete ist es, sich um die Pflanzen zu kümmern.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sonnig, verfügt über eine kleine, aber feine Küche, eine Lese- und Chillecke, ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, ein sehr gemütliches Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Duschvorhang.
Das Wohnzimmer kann als zweites Schlafzimmer genutzt werden. Ich habe eine Matratze, die wir ins Wohnzimmer legen können. Alle Räume haben schönes, indirektes Licht. Wir haben ein Soundsystem. Partys sind nicht erlaubt.

I am looking for a lovely couple, an individual, or two friends for my beautiful apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment is non-smoking, but there is a balcony where smoking is allowed. You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Part of the rent is taking care of the plants.
The apartment is very sunny, has a small but nice kitchen, a reading and chill-out corner, a living room with a balcony, a very cozy bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower curtain.
The living room can be used as a second bedroom. I have a mattress and can place it in the living room. All rooms have nice indirect lighting. We have a sound system. Parties are not allowed.
Meine Wohnung ist super nahe am Richardplatz, hier gibt es tolle Cafes und Essen. Auch die Königsheide, ein sehr schöner und wenig besuchter Wald, ist nicht fern. Die Wohnung liegt direkt bei der Ringbahn Sonnenallee, von wo man super schnell überall hinkommt. Bei den sehr nahegelegenden Sbahn Haltestellen (Bhf Neukölln & Ostkreuz) bekommt man super leckeres Essen.
Gegenüber meiner Wohnung ist ein Netto & die Straße runter ein Lidl. Ein Rewe ist nicht weit entfernt. Ein Bioladen ist auch nicht sehr weit & in 10 min Fußweg zu erreichen.

My flat is very close to Richardplatz with many little coffee places and yummy food. The Apartment is close to the Ringbahn Sonnenallee where you can get everywhere very fast. At the very close sbahn stops (Ostkreuz + Bhf Neukölln) you can get very good food.
Right across the street is a Netto Supermarket & down the road there's a Lidl. A Rewe is also close by. A bio supermarket is also very close (10 min walk)
