The beautiful and veeeery big furnished room is located in direction to the quiet and green street. It has stucco in the oriel, beautiful wooden floor and almost 4 meter high ceilings. Since some of the furniture and the floor is very nice we need a very respectful, clean and responsible flatmate. :)
Our old and beautiful house is located in a quiet and very green area in pankow. There are a lot of parcs around and the botanic garden (east berlin) and some lakes are quite close. You will find plenty of supermarkets around such as Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Penny, Norma, Denn‘s Biomarkt...
The bus and tram stations are reachable in about 3 to 6 minutes and the M1 is running 24/7. Best is to take the bike through the beautiful Schlosspark along a river to get to S + U Pankow, but you can also reach other stations like Schönholz very quickly.
We mostly communicate in english or german.
The living room kitchen is huge (around 40sqm) and perfect for cooking and spending time together. We want to have a nice and relaxing atmosphere, where we also respect each others privacy. You should be CLEAN, thoughtful and respectful towards the house, furniture and floors.
It’s possible to extend the contract.
GEZ is not included and garbage separation is very important to us and the landlord! 🗑
