3 MONTHS ONLY (2nd of January -> early April). Anmeldung not possible.
Hallöchen!
I'm gonna be 3 months in South America as part of my yearly travels, so whoever needs my room for that period of time is more than welcome :)
It comes fully furnished, with a computer screen, a 4K TV and an Xbox One, and also have its own balcony if you are a smoker (even if you're not, actually).
I still haven't booked any return ticket and probably won't until last minute, so if there is a specific date around end of March/beginning of April that would be more convenient for you to leave the flat, just let me know in advance and I can accomodate for that, I'm easy.
Indicated rent is all included, no hidden costs!
The apartment is an 8-minute walk from the U+S Bahn Frankfurter Allee, which is on the Ring and makes it super convenient to go anywhere you want. There is also a tram station (M13 & 16) which is literally next to the apartment. We live in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood.
You'll be sharing the flat with Jonty, 30 year-old pizza maker and Dave, 33, who works as a computer interface designer. Both are quite busy and tend to keep to themselves, but they're both really lovely guys!
We have a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and Jonty has a couch in his room if you guys wanna chill together (and play some music, if that's your thing).
We're looking for someone chill, clean and responsible. Basically just someone who knows how to live with other people. See, we ain't too picky! :D And if you wanna share a meal, have a beer or watch a film in the evening (or all 3 of them) every now and then, Jonty may probably be up for that. But do keep in mind that this is more of a Zweck-WG, everyone's doing their own thing, so don't expect flatmate interactions all the time, and please keep it quiet and tame.
Dave doesn't speak German but Jonty does, so English and German speakers are both welcome alike.
We'd love to hear from you, so please tell us a bit about yourself. Looking forward to meeting you!
Tschüss,
Pierrick
