Cosy unfurnished room with enough space to really feel at home. The room is very quiet despite the central location because it is overlooking an interior courtyard which is rarely used. You will share the living room/kitchen and the two bathrooms with your two gay flatmates. Also there is a balcony where you can have your morning coffee or enjoy the sunset in summer :)
Located very central on the border of Kreuzberg and Mitte. You can walk in 5 minutes to U6 (Kochstr./Checkpoint Charlie) or in 10 minutes to U2 (Spittelmarkt). The next bus stop is right next to the house. Also you can reach most parts of Berlin by bike in 15-20 minutes. There are also plenty of possibilities for grocery shopping in the area (Lidl, Edeka, Rossmann, Rewe, DM).
You will live with Sean (42) and Anthony (39). Sean works for Amazon and Anthony is working as a video editor/stand-up comedian/drag queen/etc. Both are very sociable and outgoing and the atmosphere in the flat is warm and communal.
The requirements for the room are the following: You must have a fulltime job, posses a SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) and be able to pay all necessary costs immediately. We are not looking for couples or students. LONG TERM ONLY with 3 months probation. Anmeldung is possible.
The room will be available starting from 1st of April 2025.
