Schönes Altbauzimmer mit 280x220 Hochbett (sehr gemütlich) das mit einer Treppe erklommen werden kann. Es gibt einen eigenen begrünten Balkon, gemütliche Leder Sitzmöglichen und ein Schreibtisch. Die Stereoanlage kann natürlich ebenso genutzt werden wie sämtliche Yogamatte, Gymnastikbälle oder Black Rolls.

Beautiful room with a 280x220 loft bed (very comfy). Lovely balcony, leather couch an armchair. Desk next to the window and a stereo system which can be used with care. Also you will find a yoga matt, black roll and other sports equipment.
Obwohl das Zimmer im Herzen von Friedrichshain liegt, gibt es wenig Touristen die diesen Teil der Grünbergerstraße kennen. Es ist ideal an Tram, Bus, U-Bahn und S-Bahn angebunden. In weniger als 5 Minuten können alle Verkehrsmittel erreicht werden. Im Haus wohnen gemischte Parteien, Familien, Wgs etc.
Es gibt einige Supermärkte und Bio-Märkte in Laufdistanz. Bars, Kneipen und Clubs sind zwar so weit weg dass man sie nicht hört, erreicht werden Sie jedoch ebenfalls schnell und unkompliziert.

Very center of Friedrichshain and still not many tourists find their way here. Well connected to tram, metro and s bahn as well as to the bus. Located close to supermarkets, organic food market, bars and clubs.
Ich setze voraus, das mit den Gegenständen in der Wohnung respektvoll umgegangen wird. Das Zimmer kostet pro Monat 700€ + 800€ Kaution. Keine Parties und kein Rauchen in der Wohnung. Auf dem Balkon kann geraucht werden.
It is expected that you treat everything with care and respect. The rent is 700€ per month 800€ + deposit which will be payed back in cash or bank transfer when I come back. No parties or smoking within the flat. There is however a balcony on which you can smoke.
