Bright and quiet room looking out onto the inner courtyard with a cute french balcony. The room is connected to the kitchen/living room. It comes furnished with a bedframe, mattress, clothes rail, desk, drawers (150€ as an extra deposit for the furniture)
The apartment is a 3 bedroom with a kitchen/living room and large bathroom with a separate shower and bath tub.
The apartment is on the main street Chausseestrasse and is just a two minute walk to the U6 Naturkundmuseum and trams M5,M8,M10. There are loads of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and two supermarkets close by. It is a great location for easy travel around the city. The flat even has an elevator!
You will be living with two lovely flatmates, Keelin and Hanne.
The atmosphere is very chilled, with both working full time during the week. We like to have dinners together, go for drinks and chill at home.
We are looking for a clean, responsible and respectful NON-SMOKING flatmate that we can hang out with have dinners etc.

We are looking for someone that is interested in a short term rental - 3months, with the possibility to extend.
Keelin is the main tenant and is subletting the room so the contract will be directly with her.
