We - Uli (German, she/her) and Soma (Hungarian, he/him) - are looking for a reliable, nice and clean person to rent a bright room in our shared flat in the heart of Kreuzberg from beginning of November 2024 till 31st of December.
The room costs 550 Euros per month (plus deposit 350 Euros) internet, water, electricity etc. included. The room is 20 squaremetres big, bright and has a wooden floor. The room is quite empty but has a bed, a chair, a desk and a little cupboard. As we had some very bad experiences with previous persons, we ask you to pay the first month of rent and the deposit in advance.
We prefer to live with queer or at least queer friendly people, preferably female. If you write to us, please also write about this aspect as it is important to us.
The flat is 5-10 minutes from the U-Bahn station Schlesisches Tor, 15 minutes walk from U/S-Bahn Warschauer Straße, 2 minutes from Görlitzer Park and just one minute from a REWE supermarket and several nice shops and bars in Wrangelstraße. It's the best area of Berlin with lots of clubs in walking distance. It is the perfect area and if you wanna row or walk, nature is just a walk from here.
We Uli & Soma are looking for a nice, reliable, clean person with whom we get along well.
Soma: works as a dramaturg at different theaters and the opera.
Uli: is a filmmaker who travels quite a bit while working on the next project.
