ich suchen eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für ein gemütliches 14 qm großes Zimmer (die ganze Wohnung umfasst 55 qm). Das Zimmer ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, sehr hell und hat schöne hellblaue Wände. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau mit hohen Decken, daher ist das Zimmer mit einem Hochbett ausgestattet und die untere Etage kann als Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden. Möbliert wie in den Bildern ersichtlich.

I am looking for a temporary tenant for a cozy 14 sqm room (the entire apartment is 55 sqm). The room faces west, is very bright, and has lovely light blue walls. The apartment is in an old building with high ceilings, so the room is equipped with a loft bed, and the lower level can be used as a workspace. It is furnished as shown in the pictures.
In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich die Rummelsburger Bucht. Supermärkte wie Aldi, Kaufland, Rewe sind fußläufig erreichbar, auch Spätis, Cafés und Restaurants sind sehr nah. Für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sind die S5, S7 und S75 in fünf Gehminuten erreichbar, somit ist man in 15 Min. am Alexander Platz.
The Rummelsburger Bucht is nearby. Supermarkets like Aldi, Kaufland, and Rewe are within walking distance, as well as convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants. For public transportation, the S5, S7, and S75 are a five-minute walk away, so you can reach Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes.
Mein Name ist Kaizhi und ich habe kürzlich mein Studium der Philosophie und Musikwissenschaft an der Humboldt-Universität abgeschlossen. Vor meinem Studium in Deutschland habe ich als Autodesigner und Projektmanager sieben Jahre in China gearbeitet.
Tagsüber bin ich meistens außer Haus, in der Bibliothek.
Ich lese gerne und viel. Ich fahre oft Rad und spiele 2–3 mal wöchentlich Badminton. Daneben nehmen Konzertgitarre spielen, singen im HU-Chor und chinesisch kochen, einen Großteil meiner Zeit ein.
Entspannte und tiefe Gespräche machen mir besonders viel Freude.
Ich lege viel Wert auf Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Rücksichtnahme aufeinander, beispielsweise, dass der Abwasch immer direkt gemacht wird. Mir wäre es wichtig, dass die gemeinsame Wohnung ein ruhiger Ort ist.
My name is Kaizhi, and I recently completed my studies in Philosophy and Musicology at Humboldt University. Before studying in Germany, I worked as a car designer and project manager in China for seven years.
During the day, I am usually out at the library. I enjoy reading a lot. I often ride my bike and play badminton 2-3 times a week. Besides that, playing the classical guitar, singing in the HU choir, and cooking Chinese food take up a large part of my time.
I particularly enjoy relaxed and deep conversations. Cleanliness, order, and consideration for each other are very important to me, for example, always doing the dishes right away. It is important to me that the shared apartment is a quiet place.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 390 Euro warm, inklusive Internet und Strom. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Zudem suche ich eine*n Nichtraucher*in. Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, ist eine Anmeldung leider nicht möglich.
