This Altbau room has nice hardwood floor, high ceilings with two big windows and most importantly a big loft bed with comfy wooden steps (with big drawers to store all kinds of stuff below) leading up to it and a shelf next to the bed. The loftbed also has roller blinds that can be put down to have it darker.
Dieses Altbauzimmer mit schönem Dielenboden, hoher Decke und zwei großen Wänden hat such noch in fettes Hochbett. Das kann über bequeme Holzstufen erreicht werden, unter denen sich große Schubladen zum Verstauen von allerhand Dingen befinden. Das Hochbett selber hat viel Platz und ist zur Seite mit einem kleinen Regel begrenzt und hat auch Rollos zum Runterlassen, wenn man es dunkler haben will.
Mitten im Südkiez in Friedrichshain sind Kneipen, Clubs und Restaurants, aber auch Boutiquen und natürlich Supermärkte und der ÖPNV um die Ecke und halt die Szene ;-). Die Tram-Haltestelle ist 50 Meter um die Ecke, die S- und U-Bahnstation Warschauer Straße ist in ca. 5 Laufminuten zu erreichen.
Right in the middle of the "Südkiez" in Friedrichshain bars, clubs and restaurants are nearby, but boutiques as well, just as supermarkets and public transport - and the Friedrichshain scene ;-)- The tram-stop is 50 Meters around the corner, the S- and Subway train station Warschauer Straße is within 5 walking minutes.
Unkompliziertes und internationales Zusammenleben und Mitbewohner. Eher konservative Menschen werden mit uns vermutlich soo glücklich werden. Wie man in den Bildern sieht ist das Zimmer und unsere Küche eher DIY optimiert und unser Style ist etwas hippiesk, auch wenn wir keine dirty hippies sind ;-).
Uncomplicated and international living together and roomies. If you re more on the conservative sides of things politically, you might not be super happy with us (and the district), nothing wrong with properness regarding cleaning though. As you can see in the pictures the room and our kitchen is DIY, our style is a bit alternative, even though we re by no means dirty hippies, hehe.
