The room is equipped with a bed, a wardrobe and a small desk. The apartment has a big living room, a kitchen with all you need to cook/bake and a bathroom with a big shower and a BIDET.
I rent the room for a period of 1 month
EXTRA IMPORTANT
I have two beautiful cats, so I'm for sure looking for someone who's up to share the place with them, knows how to deal with these creatures and has no problem at all with it.
The nearest shopping centers are just less than 10 min by walk where you can find Kaufland, Edeka, Lidl and DM. In 2 min. by walk there´s a bus connection (M27) and in 7min. the U9. Close is also the 123 bus, Ring and S7/S5.
The neighborhood is great, very quiet and has nice cafés and bars all around.
Hi everyone! I´m looking for a new tenant for the second bedroom in my 3-rooms apartment. I´m Matilde, 32, studing at FU and working in the weekends as a weitress in a nice italian restaurant. I live in Berlin for 8 years now and I’ve had many experiences in WGs, both at my current place and previously in others. I´m a super chilled person and I really appreciate the nice and peaceful environment that this house always offered to me. The apartment is on the EG and faces the Hinterhof, a nice shared green garden, hence no traffic noises.
I would like someone who, like me, enjoys spending some time together in the common area but also knows how to respect everyone's me time and space. I always keep the apartment clean and organized for everyone's sake and mutual respect and I expect the same from you.
I´m looking forward to meet you so you can check the room and we can have a talk and get to know each other better.
