Hey there! :) We have a sunny, fully furnished 16m² room in a two-room apartment in Wedding, available from October 1, 2024, for around 6 months, with some flexibility. The rent is €515 per month, and the deposit is 1.5 months' rent. (Mostly fix start date, flexible end date.
The room is already furnished with the essentials, though we might need to replace a few items, as the previous tenants stayed for a long time. If anything is missing, we'll provide it as quickly as possible.
The apartment is fully equipped, including an internet connection. The kitchen comes with a kettle, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and an oven with a stove. Please note that the washing machine is in the basement and shared with two other apartments.

Hallo! :) Wir vermieten ein sonniges, komplett möbliertes 16m² Zimmer in einer 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Wedding. Es ist ab dem 1. Oktober 2024 frei und für etwa 6 Monate verfügbar, mit flexiblen Optionen. Die Miete beträgt 515 € im Monat, die Kaution 1,5 Monatsmieten.
Das Zimmer ist bereits mit den wichtigsten Möbeln ausgestattet, allerdings müssen wir möglicherweise einige Möbel austauschen, da die vorherigen Mieter sehr lange dort gewohnt haben. Falls etwas fehlt, stellen wir es so schnell wie möglich zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, inklusive Internetanschluss. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Wasserkocher, Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck und einem Herd mit Backofen. Bitte beachte, dass die Waschmaschine im Keller steht und mit zwei anderen Wohnungen geteilt wird.

The closest metrostop is U9 Nauener Platz.
Opposite the apartment are the Osram-Yards, buildings under preservation, where you'll find supermarkets, an outlet store, a small good restaurant and the fitness center McFit. If you love art, there are also two well-known contemporary galleries and lecturing departments of the Charité, in case you are a student. You´ll have the Schiller park and a lake for swimming close by and with the metro and tram (or bike) you´ll be in one of the centers in a short time.
This district was once called the Red-Wedding; it used to be a working class district. Today, true Berliners still live here, and many artists and students are moving into this part of Berlin, it is as colourful as can be, simply Multi-culti.

Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist U9 Nauener Platz, die nächste Straßenbahn M13 ist nur um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber der denkmalgeschützten Osramhöfe. Dort findest du Supermärkte, Outlet stores, Restaurants (auch sonst gibt es ganz in der Nähe gut und günstige Plätze zum Essen), und das Fitnesscenter McFit. Wenn du dich für Kunst interessiert, gibt es dort auch zwei bekannte Galerien. Ein Teil des Universitäts Campuses der Charité ist dort auch.
Die Gegend ist lebendig und multikulturell, mit Berliner Urgesteinen und auch vielen zugezogenen.
In der Nähe befinden sich der Schillerpark, ein Schwimmbad und ein Badesee. Galerien, Restaurants und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Hauptbahnhof (4 km) und Flughafen Tegel (6 km) liegen in der Nähe.
Your flatmate would be Ophelie, a lovely 26 year old French girl :) For Ophelie it's important to find someone in the range of 25-35, clean and calm, non smoker.
Das Haus stammt aus den 50er Jahren, die Fassade muss erneuert werden, das wird aber noch etwas dauern, du wirst also nicht durch Baulärm gestört. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Das Haus ist mit jungen netten Menschen bewohnt :)

The house dates from the 50s and is located in a quiet side street. The facade will need some fresh paint sometime, but this won'tr happen in the coming months, so you won't be disturbed by te noise :) It is full of young, nice people :)
