Meine Wohnung hat ca. 120 qm und insgesamt 4 Zimmer, verteilt auf zwei Ebenen, davon vermiete ich 1 Zimmer im Hochparterre vom 01.04.35 bis 31.10.25. Keine Anmeldung, keine Partys, Besucher nach Absprache. WLAN, Strom, Waschmaschine, Trockner inklusive. Preis 600 pro Monat plus Kaution. Werde selbst die meiste Zeit wahrscheinlich nicht da sein, daher hast du hier die absolute Ruhe und die Möglichkeit das Wohnzimmer auch zu nutzen. Zu mir, ich bin 56 J., offen und unkompliziert, aber ich bin berufstätig und halt nicht die typische Studenten-WG. Freue mich auf einen Untermieter, es ist ein wunderschönes Zimmer. WLAN, washing machine, electricity all there and included. No registration, no parties, visitors on request. Price is 600 eur per month plus deposit starting 1st April until 31st October. I will be most time away so you have a lot of quiet time and you might also use my living room. I am 56 years old, open minded and easy going but I am working and not a typical student-WG. Wohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Haus direkt am Grunewald im Stadtteil Charlottenburg / Westend. Also wer gerne direkt im Grünen ist und dies schätzt, Ruhe liebt, für den ist die Lage ideal. Joggen, Radfahren, zum Teufelssee zum baden... alles direkt vor der Haustür.
Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV: ca. 5 Min. zum Bus, ca. 10 Min. zur S-Bahn Heerstraße
Flat directly located at the Grunewald. The house as such very quiet. Ideal for people who like it quiet, like nature or are sporty people. Good public transportation links. 5 min walk to bus, 10 min walk to S-Bahn Heerstrasse.
Bin berufstätig, durch Corona aber mehr daheim als sonst üblich. Bin selbst eher ruhig, ziehe mich auch gerne zurück und suche daher einen ruhigen Mitbewohner/in.
Bin WG erprobt in den verschiedensten Formationen.
I am mostly working even though due to corona i am more at home as usual. I am a rather quiet person and also like to be for myself. Therefore i am looking for someone who also likes a certain quietness. I have lots sharing flat experience.
