Zum Zimmer gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Es ist ca. 12 qm groß und mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank möbliert. Das Zimmer ist ganz normal geschnitten.

Die Lage könnte im Grunde nicht besser sein. Die Bansiner Str. ist nur 5 Minuten vom U-Bhf Kaulsdorf Nord entfernt.. Außerdem sind es etwa 12 Minuten zur S-Bahnhof Wuhlheide.
Viel Grün sowie ein Shopping Center sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
