Während wir in den Ferien sind vermieten wir kurzfristig für 4 Wochen unseres grosses schönes und helles Zimmer. Im Zimmer ist ein Doppeltbett, ein Schreibtisch (steh Pult) mit Monitor und bequemer Stuhl, grosses Whiteboard und ein Sessel. Zum Zimmer gehört auch ein sonnigen Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist 73m2 groß, 3,5m hoch und hat einen schönen natürlichen Charme. Du wirst dir die Küche, einen Bereich mit einem Sofa und einem Kamin und das Bad mit unsere Mitbewohnerin teilen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler und andere Annehmlichkeiten.

During our holidays we rent for 4 weeks our large, sunny beautiful room. In the room there is a double bed, a desk that can also be used as a standing desk with a comfortable chair, a monitor, a large whiteboard and a sofa. There is also a sunny balcony you can use.
The flat is 73m2 large, 3.5m high ceilings, and has a nice natural charm. You will share the kitchen, an area with a sofa and a fireplace, and the bathroom with our flatmate. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, and other amenities.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock einer ruhigen Straße mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung in Friedrichshain, in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Tram: Besarinplatz, U-Bahn: Frankfurtertor, S-Bahn: Storkowerstrasse), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl) und 15 Gehminuten vom belebten Boxhagner Platz mit zahlreichen Cafés, Restaurants, Wochenmärkten und Partys entfernt.

The flat is on the first floor of a calm street with direct sunlight, close to public transport (Tram: Besarinplatz, U-Bahn: Frankfurtertor, S-Bahn: Storkowerstrasse), Food stores (Rewe, Edeka, Lidl) and 15 minutes walk from the lively Boxhagner Platz area with plenty of cafés, restaurants, weekly markets and places to go partying.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit unserem Mitbewohner teilen. Wir suchen eine Weltoffene person die respektovll, zuverlässig, sauber und kommunikativ ist.
