Hi, da wir für einige Zeit (bis Ende September) nicht in Berlin sein werden, bieten wir zwei Zimmer in unserer Wohnung zur Untermiete an. Die Zimmer sind ausgestattet und haben alles was man braucht, aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung, ein ruhiges Fenster zum Hinterhof, einen Schreibtisch, Stuhl und ein 140 Bett oder Futon. Die Bilder sind teilweise nicht wirklich gut und präsentieren die Zimmer nicht im besten Licht.. Ansonsten ist die 65qm große Wohnung wirklich schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, gut geschnitten und mit lichtdurchflutetem großem Wohnzimmer.
Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell und dass Herzstück mit Blick auf die Spree, die anderen beiden Zimmer sind auch gut geschnitten und haben ca. 13,5qm. Die Küche ist ziemlich neu und mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden (keine Tür, aber nicht in den 21qm mitgezählt). Dann gibt es noch einen Flur und ein Bad mit Duschbadewanne und Waschmaschine.:)
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was ihr so braucht. Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, Küchenbesteck, Pfannen, Töpfe, großer Kühlschrank etc. (kein Trockner).

Hi, as we will not be in Berlin for some time (until the end of September), we are offering the two rooms in our apartment for sublet. The rooms are furnished and have everything you need, storage for clothes, a quiet window to the backyard, a desk, chair and a 140 bed or futon. Some of the pictures are not really good and do not present the rooms in the best light. Otherwise, the 65sqm apartment is really nice and lovingly furnished, well laid out and with a light-flooded large living room.
The living room is very bright and the center with a view of the Spree, the other two rooms are also well cut and have about 13.5 square meters. The kitchen is quite new and connected to the living room (no door, but not counted in the 21sqm). There is also a hallway and a bathroom with a shower bath and washing machine (unfortunately without a window).
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, kitchen utensils, pans, pots, large refrigerator, etc. (no dryer).

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, die Warschauer Straße (U & S Bahn) ist fußläufig zu erreichen, auch das Ostkreuz für die Anbindung an den Ring (S41/42) und weitere Bahnen ist sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad in 5-10min zu erreichen. Direkt vor der Tür fährt auch der Bus 347 der euch entweder bis zum Helsingforser Platz (und damit auch zur Warschaue Straße) oder in Richtung Alt Stralau (Tunnelstr., auch über Ostkreuz) bringt.
Hippe Viertel und Gegenden sind fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad extrem schnell zu erreichen, nur über die Oberbaumbrücke und ihr seid in Kreuzberg (8min zu Fuß) oder in die andere Richtung und ihr seid am Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain.
Es gibt einige Supermärkte in fußläufiger Nähe (Netto & Lidl), sowie die East Side Mall die auch gut mit dem Fahrrad (6-8min) erreichbar ist. Apotheke in 2min fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Rudolfkiez ist ein entspannter Kiez, allerdings erreicht ihr auch hier in 2 min zu Fuß einige Restaurants (Italiener, Vietnamese) sowie verschiedene Bäcker.

The transport connections are great, Warschauer Straße (U & S Bahn) is within walking distance, Ostkreuz for the connection to the Ring (S41/42) and other trains is also very easy to reach by bike in 5-10 minutes. Bus 347 runs right outside the door and takes you either to Helsingforser Platz (and thus also to Warschaue Straße) or in the direction of Alt Stralau (Tunnelstr., also via Ostkreuz).
Hip neighborhoods and areas can be reached extremely quickly on foot or by bike, just cross the Oberbaumbrücke and you are in Kreuzberg (8min walk) or in the other direction and you are at Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain.
There are several supermarkets within walking distance (Netto & Lidl), as well as the East Side Mall which is also easily accessible by bike (6-8min). Pharmacy within 2min walking distance.
The Rudolfkiez is a relaxed neighborhood, but you can also reach some restaurants (Italian, Vietnamese) and various bakeries within a 2-minute walk.
Wir haben zwei Zimmer zu vermieten, oder die ganze Wohnung (für ein Couple oder für Friends). Meldet euch gerne zu zweit oder schaut wer auch in dem Zeitraum sucht. :) Präferiert werden Menschen die den ganzen Zeitraum mieten können und wollen.
Es gibt einige Regeln in der Wohnung: Keine Parties (mal ein Brunch etc. ist kein Problem), keine Lagerung im Keller (von Möbeln oder Sonstigem), da Gunnar im Mai wieder in Berlin ist, müsste ich evtl. einige Male in die Wohnung (evtl auch ins Zimmer) um Dinge aus der Wohnung zu holen. Das würde ich aber vorher mit euch ab und besprechen.
Wir suchen nach verlässlichen, sauberen und ordentlichen Menschen denen wir gerne unser Zuhause für die Zeit anvertrauen würden. Bitte schreibt uns in euerer Nachricht deswegen auch etwas über euch, warum ihr gerade für die Zeit eine Wohnung sucht, und: ganz oben in der Nachricht - als Zeichen, dass ihr den ganzen Text gelesen habt - euer Lieblingsgemüse ;).
Wir freuen uns euch/dich kennen zu lernen und können gerne eine Besichtigung oder Ähnliches machen.

We have two rooms for rent, or the whole apartment (for a couple or for friends). Feel free to contact us in pairs or see who is also looking in the period. :) Preference is given to people who can and want to rent the whole period.
There are some rules in the apartment: No parties (sometimes a brunch etc. is no problem), no storage in the basement (of furniture or other things), and: since Gunnar is back in Berlin in May, he might have to go to the apartment a few times (possibly also to the room) to get things from the apartment. But I would discuss this with you beforehand.
We are looking for reliable, clean and tidy people to whom we would like to entrust our home for the time being. Therefore, please write something about yourself in your message, why you are looking for an apartment for the time being, and: at the top of the message - as a sign that you have read the whole text - your favourite vegetables ;).
We look forward to getting to know you and can arrange a viewing or something similar.
