we are a friendly and calm WG of two. I'm offering my bright and cosy room as I'm staying abroad for 3 months.
We are looking for a reliable, calm and open minded, preferably 30+ person who values clear communication.
I'm a yoga teacher and coach.
WG near Hermannplatz and Maybachufer, 2nd floor
22m2 furnished, 620€/month all included, 600€ Kaution.
Your room would be the one shown on the photo. It has a balcony and plenty of plants. We have a huge bath room and a kitchen suitable for cooking, eating together, sharing.

With lots of public transport and green spots nearby.

We are a calm, open-minded and organized WG.
It`s appreciated that you that you take your share in the cleaning and that you keep good communication about anything important while I'm abroad. My room comes with quite a few plants that are happy to be taken care of.
The kitchen is vegetarian/vegan.
