We are a friendly and calm WG of two. As my flatmate is moving out. I'm now looking for a reliable, calm and open minded new person preferably 30+ person.
WG near Hermannplatz and Maybachufer, 2nd floor. 17m2 semi-furnished room, 590€/month all included, Anmeldung, mid oder long term rent. We have a huge bath room and a kitchen suitable for cooking, eating together, sharing.
Your room is quadratic, has two windows and wooden floor, similar to mine which is the one on the photo.
I'm a yoga teacher and therapist. I enjoy travelling, good conversations, sharing meals and spending time in nature.

We are a calm, open-minded and organized WG.
It`s appreciated that you that you take your share in the cleaning and that you keep good communication about anything important while I'm abroad. My room comes with quite a few plants that are happy to be taken care of.
The kitchen is vegetarian/vegan.
