Bestimmt wäre auch eine Vermietung mit flexibleren Einzugs/Auszugsdatum denkbar.

Die Wohnung ist super angebunden. Der ÖPNV (M27,123) ist 10m von der Haustür entfernt. Von dort kommt ihr in 5 Minuten mit dem Bus entweder zur Turmstr. (U9) oder zur Reinickendorferstr (U6), oder in 10 Minuten auch zum Wedding (Ring) oder HBF.
Supermärkte wie Edeka, Lidl, Netto sowie Bäckerei und spätis befinden sich ganz in der Nähe.
The apartment is very well connected. The public transportation (M27,123) is 10m from the front door. From there you can reach either Turmstr. (U9) or Reinickendorferstr (U6) in 5 minutes by bus, or Wedding (Ring) or HBF in 10 minutes.
Supermarkets such as Edeka, Lidl, Netto as well as bakeries and late shops are very close by.
Deine Mitbewohnerin spricht English, französisch und Deutsch. Sie arbeitet im Nachtleben, weshalb eine Rücksichtnahme auf die etwas anderen Arbeitszeiten phantastisch wäre.
Sie spricht Deutsch, es wäre aber für die beidseitige Kommunikation gut, wenn du auch english sprichst.
Eine große Küche ist vorhanden, die zum geselligen Beisammensein und Kochen einlädt.
In der Küche kann geraucht werden.
Eine Grund Sauberkeit und gegenteilige Rücksichtnahme bzw. Dinge offen und konstruktiv anzugehen ist wünschenswert.
Your flatmate speaks English, French and German. She works in the nightlife, so it would be great if you could be considerate of her slightly different working hours.
She speaks German, but it would be good for mutual communication if you also speak English.
A large kitchen is available for socializing and cooking.
Smoking is allowed in the kitchen.
Basic cleanliness and consideration for others and an open and constructive approach are desirable.
