(Du wirst überwiegend mit meiner Freundin oder alleine in der Wohnung sein, daher möchte ich eine Frau als Mitbewohnerin finden)
Zimmer:
Dein Zimmer ist 15m2 groß und hat eine Deckenhöhe von 3.25m. Darüber hinaus bekommst du noch ca. 1m2 im Abstellraum und etwas Platz im Keller. Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster mit Jalousien und Vorhängen (zum Hinterhaus hin, daher schön ruhig). Der Raum ist nur mittelmäßig hell, hat dafür aber eine komplett einstellbare Deckenleuchte (warmes und kaltes Licht, Intensität usw.). Im Raum steht ein 2x 1,4m großes Bett welches übernommen werden kann (hat 3 sehr große Schubladen in denen man wirklich sehr viel unterbringen kann).
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Flur, dem Abstellraum, der Küche, dem Bad, deinem und meinem (etwas größerem) Zimmer mit Balkon. Alles nötige ist vorhanden und funktioniert (Badewanne, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Wäscheständer, Reiskocher...).
Friedrichshain ist einer der Hotspots in Berlin und diese WG ist mitten drin! Etliche Bars, Clubs, Parks, gutes Essen und Spätis an jeder Ecke!
Simon-Dach-Kiez und Boxhagener Park sind nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Die M13 hält direkt vor der Tür und sowohl das Ostkreuz als auch die Warschauer Straße sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (U5 auch). Zum nächsten Supermarkt/ Drogerie sind es ca. 7 Minuten und einen tollen Spät haben wir im Erdgeschoss.
Ich persönlich werde kaum zuhause sein da ich momentan beruflich im Ausland bin. Ansonsten bin eine sehr toleranter und umgänglicher Mensch, mit dem man über alles reden kann. Ehrliche Kommunikation ist besonders in einer neuen „Lebensgemeinschaft“ sehr wichtig und ich würde mir wünschen, dass man sich auf dein Wort verlassen kann. Vermutlich wirst du öfter meiner Freundin als mir in der Wohnung begegnen. Daher suche ich auch eine Frau als Mitbewohnerin damit sich dieser sicher und wohl fühlen kann.:)
Ein Einzug bereits Mitte Februar wäre ideal. Alles Weitere können wir per FaceTime oder vor Ort erörtern.
(Mit der Befristung möchte ich lediglich Problemen vorbeugen, die keiner von uns zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt erfassen kann. Bitte erwähne dies beim Anschreiben, damit ich weiß, du hast dir alles durchgelesen) bis dahin :)!

ENGLISH VERSION
Room:
Your room is 15m2 and has a ceiling height of 3.25m. In addition, you get about 1m2 in the storage room and some space in the basement. The room has two large windows with blinds and curtains (facing the back of the building, so it's nice and quiet). The room is only moderately bright, but has a fully adjustable ceiling light (warm and cold light, intensity, etc.). In the room is a 2x 1.4m bed which you could take over. The bed has 3 very large drawers in which you can really accommodate a lot.
Apartment:
The apartment consists of a hallway, a storage room, a kitchen, bathroom, your room, and my (slightly larger) room with a balcony. I myself am not yet finished with furnishing, but everything necessary is present and working (bathtub, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, refrigerator, clothes horse, ricecooker, microwave...).
Location:
Friedrichshain is one of the hotspots in Berlin, and this WG is in the middle of it! Several bars, clubs, parks, good food, and Spätis on every corner!
Simon-Dach-Kiez and Boxhagener Park are only 2 minutes away. The M13 stops right in front of the door, and both Ostkreuz and Warschauer Straße are within 10 minutes' walking distance (U5 too). The nearest supermarket / drugstore is about 7 minutes away, and we also have a great "Späti" in house.
WG- Life:
I barly be home because i work in Austria atm. Besides that i am a very tolerant and sociable person with whom you can talk about everything. Honest communication is very important, especially in a new "living community", and I would like to be trusted on your word.
Atm you will probably see my girlfirend way more often then me in the flat. Thats why im searching for a female roomate, so she can feel comfortable and safe.:)
Other:
Moving in as early as the mid of February would be ideal. We can discuss everything else via FaceTime or on site.
(I set the time limit to prevent problems that neither of us can grasp at this point. Should everything fit, it can be extended with pleasure. Please mention this in the cover letter, so I know you have read through everything) until then :)!
