The room for rent has a double bed and a closet and a desk, a small sofa and an armchair.
We are on the 4th floor; there is a lot of sunlight coming in. The location is close to M10, M2 and M4.
10 minutes to Alexanderplatz. 1 Tram-stop to Ringbahn/Circleline S Greifwalder Strasse.
The neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg is central but relaxed, with some bars, many restaurants, cinemas and the weekly market on Kollwitzplatz. The beautiful Volkspark Friedrichshain is 10 minutes walking from here. Lidl and Rewe
are close.
I am a long-time Berliness and work in cultural management and teach yoga. I have a friendly little dog.
The room is available Dec9th and Dec 12. Length flexible.
