ich suche eine/n Untermieter/in für ein schönes 17qm großes Zimmer in meiner Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, Stuckverzierung, altem Kachelofen und Holzdielen im 3. OG.
Das Zimmer ist in Richtung Hinterhof ausgerichtet und daher sehr ruhig gelegen.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 600€ + 700€ Kaution.
Das Mietverhältnis wird zunächst bis zum 31.01.2025 befristet, ggf. kann verlängert werden. In diesem Zeitraum ist KEINE Anmeldung möglich.

I am looking for a tenant for a beautiful 17 sqm room in my old building apartment with high ceilings, stucco decoration, old tiled stove and wooden floorboards on the 3rd floor.
The room faces the backyard and is therefore very quiet.
The room is rented furnished.
The total rent is 600€ + 700€ deposit.
The tenancy is initially limited until January 31st, 2025 and can be extended if necessary. NO registration is possible during this period.
Wir wohnen unmittelbar an der S- und U-Bahnstation Frankfurter Allee. Zwei Ring-Center dort bieten viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und auch sonst gibt’s einiges direkt vor der Tür: eine fröhliche Bäckerei, Spätis, Burger, Pizza, Döner, Schawarma, usw.

We live directly at the suburban train and subway station Frankfurter Allee. Two Ring Centers there offer plenty of shopping. And there are also many things right outside the door: a cheerful bakery, burgers, pizza, kebab, shawarma, etc.
Ein paar Infos über uns:
David, 37 Jahre, kommt aus Spanien, ist in der Gastronomie tätig und versucht seit 6 Jahren in Berlin deutsch zu lernen. Das erweist sich schwieriger als gedacht. :D Wenn er nicht gerade deutsch lernt, verbringt er seine Freizeit gerne mit Skaten und chillen mit Freunden im Park. :)
Ich bin Anna, 38 Jahre und komme aus dem HR Bereich. Wenn ich nicht gerade auf Reisen bin, unternehme ich gerne was mit Freunden, gehe gerne brunchen und mache viel Sport.
ORDNUNG und SAUBERKEIT in der Wohnung sind für uns SEHR SEHR WICHTIG und sollte von Dir ebenfalls gelebt werden.

David, 37 years old, comes from Spain, works in the catering industry and has been trying to learn German in Berlin for 6 years. This proves to be more difficult than expected. :D When he's not learning German, he likes to spend his free time with skating and chilling with friends in the park. :)
I'm Anna, 38 years old, I come from the HR sector. When I'm not traveling, I like to hang out with friends, go to brunch and do a lot of sports.
ORDER and CLEANLINESS in the shared apartment is VERY VERY IMPORTANT to us and should also be lived by you.
Noch eine kleine Anmerkung: in der Wohnung ist absolutes Rauchverbot, das beinhaltet auch Rauchen am geöffneten Fenster.
