Hello there,
I'm Jan, 24 years old and moved to Berlin three and a half years ago. I like to go out and do something with my mates, collect vinyls and like travelling.
Your other flatmate will be Sara she’s a very kind person.
it would be good when u have the opportunity to come around for a casting or at least time for a face time call to make sure that u fit in...
The room is 15m² and will cost 650€
Our flat is located in Friedrichshain. The nearest subway station is "Weberwiese" , 5 min walk. (I make it sometimes in 3min because I'm always late and have to run ;-)
Our area is pretty quiet but also not too far away from restaurants and bars, because a 10min - 15min walk leads you to the Boxhagener Platz, where u can find heaps of them.
If you are hungry and don't feel like going out, don't worry there is a supermarket (3min walk) close to our flat, where u can find something to fill ur part of the fridge...
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in Friedrichshain. Der nächstgelegene U-Bahnhof ist "Weberwiese", 5 Min. Fußweg (ich schaffe es manchmal in 3 Min., weil ich immer zu spät komme und rennen muss 😉
Unsere Gegend ist ziemlich ruhig, aber auch nicht zu weit weg von Restaurants und Bars, denn in 10-15 Minuten ist man am Boxhagener Platz, wo es haufenweise davon gibt.
Wenn ihr Hunger habt und nicht ausgehen wollt, gibt es in der Nähe unserer Wohnung einen Supermarkt (3min Fußweg), wo ihr etwas finden könnt, um euren Kühlschrank aufzufüllen...
Es ist keine Zweck WG aber sich keine WG in der wir jeden Mittwoch abend Mensch ärgere dich nicht spielen ;) jeder macht sein ding aber sind natürlich auch offen für talks und wenns vibed kann man auch was zusammen unternehmen. Ist aber kein muss :)
