bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um ein ausgebautes Dachgeschoss (mit Fahrstuhl) mitten in Berlin Mitte.
Die Wohnung ist etwa 100qm groß, sehr hell, mit großen Fenstern und Parkett. Sie verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche mit Südbalkon und zwei Bäder.
Das helle Zimmer liegt zum ruhigen Hinterhof hin, ist etwa 24qm groß und voll möbliert, mit wunderbarem Blick über die Dächer Berlins. Ein kleines Badezimmer mit WC und Waschbecken liegt direkt daneben und stünde dir alleine zur Verfügung

Your room faces the quiet backyard, is airy, bright, about 24 sqm in size, fully furnished, and offers a lovely view over the Berlin rooftops. A small bathroom with sink and toilet lies adjacent to the room and would be yours exclusively.

Die Wohnung liegt in Berlin Mitte, nah am Hackeschen Markt - mehr Zentrum geht nicht - und ist perfekt angebunden. S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram und Bus sind alle in 1-2min zu Fuß erreichbar. Von hier aus bist Du schnell überall in der Stadt - auch mit dem Fahrrad. Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants, Galerien, Museen etc. sind auch einfach zu Fuß erreichbar.

The Building lies near Hackescher Mark in Mitte, literally right in the center of the city and all forms of public transport are reachable in 1-2min on foot. From here you can quickly get anywhere in the city - also by bike.
Bars, restaurants, grocery stores, galleries, museums etc. are all within walking distance from here.

Ich habe ein eher ruhiges Wesen, bin Arzt, Übersetzter und Statistiker und mache viel Sport. Im Zusammenleben bin ich rücksichtsvoll, genieße gute Gespräche, lasse aber auch jedem gerne seinen Rückzugsraum. Im Moment bin ich beruflich tagsüber viel unterwegs und die Wochenenden sowie einige Abende unter der Woche verbringe ich häufig bei meiner Freundin. In diesen Zeiten ist die Wohnung ungenutzt, sodass ich mich nun entschlossen habe, wieder ein Zimmer zu vermieten.
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner/ einer Mitbewohnerin, der/die am besten selber berufstätig und nicht dauerhaft im home office ist. Das Zimmer ist ab März und bis Ende April frei.

I am an open, calm, and considerate person, a physician by training, currently working as statistical consultant.
I enjoy good conversations, but I also like to give everyone their own space. At the moment I'm away a lot during the day for work and I often spend the weekends as well as some work nights at my girlfriend's place. The apartment is unused during these times and so i decided to rent out a room again.
I am looking for a roommate who is preferably employed her/himself and not permanently in home office. Regarding your duration of stay the room is available until the end of April.
