My apartment has one room available for the mentioned period, very well suited for travellers or people on a work trip. The flat is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and you can use the kitchen freely. There is also a small balcony and dining space. The room has one large size bed and a window with lots of sunlight. The kitchen is equipped with a big refrigerator, high-quality stoves, oven and coffee machine. It only takes 2 mins walking distance to the Bus station, 10 minutes to kaufland.
It's only 2 bus stops to the next sbahn station which takes you to Brandenburger tor in 15min.
The area is residential and very quiet. If you have a car, you can park directly in front of the house. We also have a space for bikes in the basement.
I‘m very chill person. We can get to know each other. I work during the day, sometimes in the office, sometimes at home so the flat needs to be quiet during working time.
Preferably for one person, female only.
Since the flat is fully furnished, a small deposit would be required if any damage happens. This will be paid on the first day of moving in and returned to you at check out if everything is fine.
