A 4-person shared apartment in Berlin-Wedding is looking for (a) new flatmate(s) starting from January 1st, 2025 for one s h o r t - t e r m tenant.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a non barrier-free old building, features a spacious living room with a piano and a moderately sized well-equipped kitchen. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and there is also a second toilet (see drawing).

This room is available short-term with the possibility of an extension. Anmeldung is currently not possible. It faces southeast towards the street and is the connecting room with doors to each of our two hallways. It is o n l y used as a pass-through room w h e n doors are open, allowing Ole to access the rest of the apartment. Otherwise, he will reach the rest of the apartment through the second entrance (see markings in the drawing). The room is 26 square meters big, has a laminate floor and the walls are mostly covered with white tapestry. The rent is 500 euros including utilities and internet. The room will be partially furnished with a table, bed with storage and a couch.
Other information:
- As the room is partially furnished the future tenant would have to sign an insurance contract for eventual damages to the furniture or pay an extra deposit.
- A fee of 18 euros corresponding to the usage of the kitchen for 6 months.

The surrounding area offers relaxation in Schillerpark and Rehbergepark. Nearby, you'll find nice places such as Eiscafé Kibo, Bar Drehmoment, Kulturquartier silent green and Freiluftkino Rehberge. The transportation links are excellent: Bus 120 takes you to Berlin central station in 25 minutes and the U6 is 7 minutes walking distance away.
We - Joshua, Ole and Edgar - are seeking for laid-back, tolerant, and communicative individuals. We enjoy spontaneous activities such as cooking, movie nights, game nights, or going to bars.
