Da ich mein Arbeitszimmer im angegebenen Zeitraum nicht benötige und die Wohnungssituation in Berlin angespannt ist, möchte ich mein Zimmer an eine nette Person vermieten, die für diese Zeit ein gemütliches Zuhause sucht.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß, mit dem Wichtigsten möbliert und Teil einer gemütlichen 70 qm großen Altbau Wohnung, welche über ein großes Bad und eine geräumige Küche verfügt. Auch der Rest der Wohnung ist möbliert und hat alles, was Mensch zum Leben braucht. Die Miete beträgt 460 € pro Monat.
Aktuell räume ich noch etwas rum, weshalb es möbeltechnisch vermutlich noch ein paar Veränderungen in dem Zimmer geben wird. Werde es mit ein paar hübschen alten Erbstücken noch etwas gemütlicher gestalten. In jedem Fall wird es eine kleine Sitzecke, einen Sekretär als Schreibtisch, eine Kleiderstange und eine Schlafmöglichkeit geben.

Since I won’t be needing my office during the specified period and given the current housing situation in Berlin, I’d like to rent out the room to a friendly person looking for a cozy place to stay.
The room is about 15 square meters, furnished with the essentials, and part of a charming 70-square-meter apartment in an old building, which has a spacious bathroom and a large kitchen. The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished and has everything needed for daily living. The rent is €460 per month.
At the moment, I’m still rearranging a bit, so the room may see some furniture changes. I plan to make it even cozier with a few charming vintage pieces. In any case, the room will have a small seating area, a secretary desk, a clothes rack, and a sleeping space.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Bergmannkiez, direkt an der U-Bahn Station Gneisenaustraße (U7). Auch die U6 und die U1 sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zudem fahren hier einige Busse mit Direktverbindung zum Alex, Südkreuz, Ostbahnhof, Hauptbahnhof, etc. Die Bergmannstraße ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Dort findest du Unmengen an guten Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und netten kleinen Shops. Auch die Marheineke Markthalle liegt quasi direkt vor der Tür. Samstags gibt es einen kleinen Bio- Wochenmarkt ums Eck.

The apartment is located in the Bergmannkiez, directly at the subway station Gneisenaustraße (U7). The U6 and U1 are also within walking distance. In addition, several buses with direct connections to Alex, Südkreuz, Ostbahnhof, Hauptbahnhof, etc. run here. Bergmannstraße is only a stone's throw away. There you will find tons of good restaurants, bars, shopping opportunities and nice little stores. The Marheineke market hall is also right on the doorstep. On Saturdays there is a small organic weekly market around the corner.
Zusammenwohnen wirst du mit mir - Ronja (33). Ein paar Facts, den Rest dann beim Kennenlernen: ich habe mich gerade als Nachhaltigkeitsberaterin für Fimproduktion selbstständig gemacht, arbeite viel von zuhause aus und verreise gerne zwischendurch, wenn es die Zeit zulässt, am liebsten zum Surfen oder Fahrradreisen wo immer es mich hintreibt. Ansonsten verbringe ich meine Freizeit gerne mit leckerem Essen (am liebsten vegan/vegetarisch), Freunden oder sportlichen Aktivitäten (Yoga, Bouldern, Squash, Spinning... mal so mal so). Ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind mir wichtig - schließlich sollen sich alle wohlfühlen. Freue mich meine Wohnung mit einer weltoffenen und herzlichen Personen zu teilen.

You'll be sharing the apartment with me – Ronja (33). A few quick facts, and the rest we can get to know in person: I recently started my own business as a sustainability consultant for film productions, I work a lot from home, and I love traveling whenever I can, preferably for surfing or bike trips, wherever the road takes me. Otherwise, I enjoy spending my free time with good food (preferably vegan/vegetarian), friends, or different sports activities (yoga, bouldering, squash, spinning… it varies). A certain level of cleanliness and order is important to me – after all, we both want to feel comfortable. I'm looking forward to sharing my home with an open-minded and warm-hearted person.
Wenn du für den angegebenen Zeitraum ein Dach über dem Kopf suchst und das Gefühl hast, dass es zwischen uns passen könnte, lass mir gerne eine Nachricht mit ein paar mehr Infos über dich zukommen. Wichtig wäre mir vorallem, dass du zuverlässig bist und die Wohnung so behandelst wie dein eigenes Zuhause - denn das soll es ja schließlich auch sein :)
