Hi all, we have one room available (~25qm, €691,21 warm) for a new long-term housemate! Starting from March or April. It is the largest and brightest of the rooms in the house and is on the West-facing street side so beware if you are particularly noise-sensitive, it is however on the 1. floor, not Erdgeschoss. It has all the Altbau high ceilings and wooden floors - The furniture in the room could be taken over if desired, or not, it’s all flexible.

Hallo zusammen, wir haben ein Zimmer f(~25qm, 625€ warm) für einen neuen Langzeitmitbewohner frei! Es ist das größte und hellste Zimmer im Haus und liegt auf der Westseite der Straße (nicht Erdgeschoss), also sei vorsichtig, wenn du besonders lärmempfindlich bist. Die Wohnung hat hohe Altbau-Decken und Holzböden - es gibt auch ein paar Möbel im Zimmer, die du übernehmen könntest, wenn du möchtest (das ist aber alles flexibel).
The location is as good as it gets, we're a 2 min walk to Görlitzer Bhf (U1/U3), 2 min walk to an Ostbanhoff connected bus (140) and easily into Friedrichstein or Neukölln in under 15 mins. Its central Kreutzberg, so there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés and Spätis, with a Döner place just downstairs should you ever need it ;) Görlitzer Park and the Kanal are just around the corner!

Die Lage ist so gut wie es nur geht, wir sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Görlitzer Bhf (U1/U3), 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem Ostbanhoff-Bus (140) und leicht in Friedrichstein oder Neukölln in unter 15 Minuten. Da die Wohnung zentral in Kreutzberg liegt, gibt es jede Menge Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Spätis und einen Dönerladen direkt unter der Wohnung, falls du mal einen brauchst ;) Der Görlitzer Park und der Kanal sind gleich um die Ecke!
We are currently 3; Islem works in international cooperation and is finishing her masters in industrial engineering. She is from Tunisia and is passionate about ice cream! Zac is an Australian studying his PhD in plant biotech, loves plants, cooking, boardgames, wine and dancing on the weekend. Sari likes to go bouldering and can offer occasional free yoga sessions. She works in change consulting, she is German and up for jamming and boardgames! We consider ourselves uncomplicated and mindful and hope you are too! We hang out in the kitchen around dinner. We gather around good music and/or good food :) - this is something we want to keep up! we like having a caring WG community - social humans most welcome! with our respect and love to alone time too!
We have a cleaning rotation, but are not pedantic - we're human and a stray plate from the night before is no big deal.

Wir sind derzeit 3; Islem ist in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit tätig und macht ihre Master im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen bald fertig. Sie liebt Eis und kommt aus Tunesien! Zac ist ein Australier, der seinen Doktor in Pflanzenbiotechnologie macht. Er liebt Pflanzen, Kochen, Brettspiele, Wein und Tanzen am Wochenende. Sari geht gerne bouldern und bietet gelegentlich free Yoga sessions an. Sie arbeitet in der Veränderungsberatung, ist Deutsche und hat Lust auf Jammen und Brettspiele! Wir haben alle Spaß an guter Musik und gutem Essen :) Wir halten uns für unkompliziert und achtsam und hoffen, du bist es auch! Wir hängen beim Abendessen in der Küche ab und gemeinsam - das wollen wir beibehalten, denn wir haben gerne eine WG-Gemeinschaft - gesellige Menschen sind herzlich willkommen!
Wir haben einen Putzrhythmus, sind aber nicht pedantisch - wir sind auch nur Menschen und ein verirrter Teller vom Vorabend wird nichts auslösen.
There will be an opportunity (possibly necessity) to get on the contract in the future, so this is something that you should be interested in and able to do (i.e SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) and income are suitable for being co-Hauptmieter). Let us know what your favourite restaurant in berlin is (at the start of your reply so we know you've read this:) We'll be looking to meet people over the next weeks, with the move in date somewhat flexible in March or April. SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) und Einkommen sind geeignet, um Hauptmeiter zu werden). Lass uns wissen, was dein Lieblingsrestaurant in Berlin ist (am Anfang deiner Antwort, damit wir wissen, dass du das hier gelesen hast:) Wir werden in den nächsten Wochen nach Leuten suchen, wobei das Einzugsdatum im März order April flexibel ist.
