The Room:
Spacious room in a renovated flat with high ceilings and wooden plank floor (Altbau). The size of the room 25 meter square. It is very bright room which gets morning sun. The apartment has 3 rooms, a bathroom and, a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The flat is on 3rd floor. Your future room is not furnished however there is a wardrobe and one shelve, and a sideboard.
Location:
Charlottenburg is one of the most beautiful areas in Berlin. The apartment is very close to Litzensee park, 10 minutes walking distance to U2 Sophie-Charlotten-Platz, and 8 min walking distance to Westend Ringbahn station. There are three supermarkets (REWE, Lidl and Netto) close by 1-2 minutes. There are several cafes and restaurants around the corner.
WG-Life:
You will share the apartment with Cagri (31) and Julia (28). We like to keep it relaxed and chill. We are both interested in art and music. We both work full-time, so it is important for us to have quite nights.
We are looking for a long-term tenant (at least one year). The tenant needs to have a full or part-time job, and sorry but we cannot accept students. The room will be available to move in 01.12.2024.
